First day went by in a flash, a flash of pasta that is. Yes I had pasta twice on Tuesday and once yesterday. This is not because I don't know what else to eat but merely a product of being busy, and not going to the grocery store.
The only thing I am struggling with at the moment is staying full. Pasta doesn't really stick with you so I'm definitely looking into getting as much protein in meals as I can in the coming weeks.
I will be better!
I am temporarily moving into a new place for the month of February. And the move in day was yesterday. So grocery shopping has been a bit on hold until I get settled in. But once I do, I plan on some major baking and some creative vegetarian recipes to emerge.
Any vegetarian (easy) recipe suggestions?
